37th Hyères Festival: the finalists of the Grand Prix of the Jury Première Vision

Last week in Paris, the 37th edition of the Hyères International Fashion Festival was launched. During the event, the organization unveiled the 10 finalists of the Grand Prix of the Jury Première Vision, to be awarded in October at the Villa Noailles.

A new jury for the Grand Prix Première Vision

As a partner of the festival since 2011, Première Vision awards each year its Grand Prix, which includes a 20,000 € creation grant to the winner, as well as the exposure of his or her collection during an exhibition installed throughout the Première Vision Paris show.

This year, the jury will be presided over by Glenn Martens, Artistic Director of Y/Project and a leading figure of young creation. The Belgian designer has become a staple in the Parisian fashion calendar, having collaborated with Jean Paul Gaultier for his latest Haute Couture collection presented last January. He will be accompanied by industry professionals, as well as the winner of the last edition’s Première Vision Grand Prix, Ifeanyi Okwuadi.

An unwavering support for young creation

In order to help the finalists in the development and production of their collections, shown in Hyères in October 2022, Première Vision is supporting their sourcing needs as of now by inviting them to the next Première Vision Paris show, held on 8, 9 and 10 February. A support for young designers that has not wavered for 10 years now.
