Denim meets sportswear for Autumn-Winter 25-26, with a range of developments featuring renewed surfaces and technicality.
One of the season’s key directions for denim, the sport and tech universe infuses all product categories and standards. An outdoor and extreme sports influence plays out at every level, from fibers and weaves to silhouettes and accessories.
For the Autumn-Winter 25-26 season, denims flirt with technical aspects inspired by textiles geared to extreme conditions.
Compositions incorporate high-performance fibers including nylon. Along with new aspects and crisp handles, these fibers possess technical properties such as increased resistance, producing durable denims that open the way to new uses.
Weaves too, are evolving and include structures in micro versions and small square fancy weaves that offer alternatives to twill.
Surfaces display shiny effects using transparent coatings, including sustainable bio-based and water-based options, for a look that’s more technical than casual. Even lightweight denim shirtings with mercerized aspects and cotton and cellulose blends create light sheens that also recall the sport and tech universe.
