Blu water meets Indigo : a partnership between Lauretana and Denim PV The - Denim Première Vision
Water and denim have been allies for a long time. The denim community, more than other textile and fashion sectors, acknowledges water as one of the most precious resources. Aware of its great value for the well-being of everyone, the denim industry encourages actions towards saving water and taking care of the environment. This is one of the reasons why Denim PV is honored to be collaborating with Lauretana, which becomes the official partner of the show and a major ally in protecting the role of water, a fundamental and irreplaceable resource within our supply chain.
Thanks to this partnership, over the two days of the event our guests will be able to enjoy water originating from the glaciers of the Monte Rosa Massif, in the Alps. Before even seeing the light, this water flows deep into the heart of the mountains in an ancient granite bed that preserves its exceptional purity.
Lauretana water is bottled at over 800 meters above sea level, not far from its source. This is a eco-conscious choice, aimed at preserving the original purity of this resource and thus keeping its organoleptic qualities intact. Denim PV is well aware that Lauretana water is a special gift from nature and we are proud to be offering it to our guests.
With only 14 milligrams per liter of fixed residue, Lauretana water is the lightest water in Europe and fits perfectly into the philosophy of the denim community, which is always at the forefront in the search for new eco-friendly solutions. The bottles offered at Denim PV are all made from 100% recyclable PET, which can be recycled infinite times without losing its essential properties, thus giving life to products that are useful in everyday life. Thanks to this active approach, Lauretana water was awarded the Ecovadis Platinum Medal in 2023.
