Chantal Malingrey has been Marketing and Communications Director of the Alliance for European Flax-Linen & Hemp. Her duties include developing a global marketing strategy to position European flax-linen and hemp as premium sustainable fibres on a global scale, focusing on three pillars: Innovation, Creation and Sustainable Development. She also contributes to develop of the Masters of Flax Fibre™ and Masters of Linen™ certifications (positioning, traceability, environmental footprint, remarkable properties) and the structuration of the industry.

The Alliance for European Flax-Linen & Hemp  pursues 3 missions: to inform members, manufacturers, brands and consumers, to support and defend the European ecosystem and know-how, and to promote European flax and hemp as the preferred sustainable premium fibers worldwide. It guarantees the traceability of origin through its two certifications.

With over 17 years’ experience in fashion brands, including as Sustainability Chief Officer, Stéphane Popescu co-founded COSE361 in 2019 to accelerate the transition to sustainable fashion.

COSE361 supports the textile industry in improving its societal and environmental impacts and is involved in major projects such as PEFCR Apparel & Footwear, the CSF Mode & Luxe for traceability, and Durhabi, which measures the physical durability of clothing.

A committed and visionary player, Stéphane is working to sustainably transform the fashion industry for a more responsible future.

Graduated from Valenciennes University with a Master’s degree in International Business, Olivier Guillaume joined SAFILIN (flax spinning mill) as Export Manager in 1997, becoming Sales Director in 2007, before becoming Chairman of the company in 2015.

Anna Rönngard is the Commercial Director of Textile Genesis™ where she plays a central part in enabling traceability in the fashion and textile industry. She has 15+ years’ experience working with global fashion brands on their traceability and sustainability agenda. She is passionate about accelerating the betterment of the textile supply chain and believes transparent and verified data will be the key enabler in achieving it.
