After many years since our first encounter with Loreto Di Rienzo from Dyloan Bond Factory, we are proud to unveil an ambitious new project at the upcoming Denim Première Vision edition—an intersection of denim and cutting-edge technology.
For several editions, Denim Première Vision has sought concepts that inspire visitors to reimagine denim, capturing its evolution and potential. Technologies on Denim is a revolutionary project presented by DYLOAN BOND FACTORY in collaboration with STRATASYS, crafted to redefine denim by harnessing advanced technologies. This initiative takes denim—the quintessential industrial and casual fabric—to a whole new level: a customizable artistic canvas that opens the door to new dimensions of stylistic expression, showcasing unique bi- and tridimensional textures and graphics.
Thanks to the versatility of technologies from D-house Urban Lab, the Innovation Lab of the Pattern Group, denim is elevated with visual and tactile transformations. State-of-the-art techniques such as 3D printing, embossing, digital printing, and heat-sealing are used to create striking surfaces and details, propelling this iconic material to new heights of creative experimentation.
During Denim Première Vision, visitors will have the unique opportunity to experience and explore the latest advancements in 3D printing on textiles—feeling the future of denim firsthand.
