Waycap SpA is the biggest European headwear and soft accessories producer based in Northern Italy. We produce for the most important international fashion brands. Supporting them from research and creativity to prototypes and final production.
Waycap is a leading European company in the production of headwear in fabric and knit. For the February 2024 edition of Première Vision Paris, Waycap will be pleased to offer all visitors to the show a beanie made by the company.
Waycap produces more than 1,000,000 pieces per year in Italy and more than 3.000.000 pieces per year in China with 4 production sites in Italy with over 200 employees, and 2 production sites in China. Our main Italian production site is over 20,000 sqm. designed and redeveloped according to new and innovative sustainability criteria.
Their designers create, according to the creative moods of our customers, 2D and 3D rendering that permits to have a complete detailed views of the headwear collection to be share with them and allows to make modifications in shorten time before samples production.
Waycap’s customers and designers could draw on the largest headwear archive (more the 200,000 pieces) to be inspired and make research.
Waycap has developed special technologies dedicated to their products, so they can maintain high quality standard and efficiency in terms of quantity. The company can therefore produce over 100,000 high-quality items per month at a very competitive price.
